Understanding key parameters in the OVF20 system is essential for stable elevator operation and precise control.
Core Parameters:
- CON SPE – Reference speed setting based on standard values
- INS SPE – Inspection speed
- NOM SPE – Normal running speed
- SHR SPE – Short travel speed
- REL SPE – Leveling speed
- CRE SPE – Creep speed
- ACC / DEC – Acceleration / Deceleration
- JERK – Rate of change in acceleration/deceleration
Motor & Control Basics:
- NOM FREQ – Rated motor frequency (35–60Hz)
- N SYN MOTOR = 60 × NOM FREQ
- ENCODER PULSES / TRACES – Encoder signal parameters
- CONTR TYPE – Control cabinet configuration (AC / MCS220 variants)
Signal & Delay Parameters:
- IPU / IPD DLY – Signal delay (mm)
- LV DLY UP / DOWN – Leveling signal delays
- 1LS / 2LS DLY – Limit switch delays
- SLU DLY – Deceleration control point after switch failure
Important Note:
Avoid confusing CON SPE with NOM SPE — they serve different roles in speed control and system configuration.
