Common fault codes and key troubleshooting points for field maintenance reference.
Key Fault Codes Overview
E01 / E02 / E03 – Overcurrent Faults
Caused by sudden load change, short circuit, grounding issues, or improper acceleration/deceleration and braking settings.
→ Check output conditions, adjust timing, and use vector control.
E04 – Overcurrent at Stop
CT failure, power module failure, or cooling fan issue.
E05 – Overload
Excessive load or improper thermal setting.
→ Reduce load or increase inverter capacity.
E06 – Brake Resistor Overload
Long braking time or wiring issues.
→ Extend deceleration time and review braking settings.
E07 – Overvoltage
Sudden load drop, short deceleration time, or braking issue.
E09 – Undervoltage
Power instability, loose terminals, or insufficient power capacity.
E10 / E11 – CT / CPU Error
Component failure or electrical noise interference.
E12 / E13 – External / Startup Error
External circuit fault or incorrect power sequence.
E14 – Output Ground Fault
Insulation failure, grounding issue, cable damage, or IPM/L-PCB failure.
Summary
Most inverter faults are related to wiring conditions, load behavior, and parameter settings.
