Key Steps:
• Loosen guide wheel bolts and release handrail tension
• Reinstall and lightly press the guide wheel, then lock bolts
• Ensure tension is moderate — not over-tight
• Check spring size: 93 ±1 mm
• Adjust tension only through the lower wheel group
Important Check:
If the handrail lifts off the guide wheel during operation, it indicates insufficient tension and requires adjustment.
Note:
TM series uses relative tension, not absolute — always observe handrail tracking during up/down operation.
